Remove Email Time

Is there a way that I can hide the time I send my emails, so when the
receipient opens the email they won't see what time I sent it?

No. The best you can do is set outlook to send it at a specific time so it
looks like you were working late - but this only works with some mail
servers.

Recipients can always see when an e-mail was *sent* (versus when it was
composed).
