Remove Duplicate data

Good morning.

I am writing a query that uses selected data from two tables. The results
then go into a summary report. We want to remove the duplicated data. I
tried the 'hide" feature in the report but it does not work for summary
reports. What is the best way to remove duplicated data from a query? For
example in a CUSTOMER - ORDER report, we want to count the unique CUSTOMERS
by zip code.

Select ZipCode, Count(CustomerID) from tablename GROUP BY ZipCode

Tack on the inner join once you get that set up. AND... I have the DISTINCT
feeling that you're going to need the info on this page:
