How do I identify the file /files that block sound driver?

It is not recognised by scanners.

Is it possible to recognise as "odd" with some tool during boot?

Try reinstalling the sound card driver. Or at least provide more
details.

Is that 40-line essay that followed your signature? C'mon, you are
using a competent newsreader. Sigs start with "-- " on a line by itself
(dash-dash-space-linefeed) and polite sigs are around four lines.

I don't know much about it..

The card installation seems to be fine... but it doesn't work. The system
sounds w.o audiocard has taken over. Applications using sound tells it
doesn't work (obviously) and could be _occupied by another app._ It
remains boot after boot and I cant identify any visible process that keeps
it occupied.

No ordinary malware found by scanners.

Yes, uninstalling then reinstalling the CORRECT sound drivers could help.
Malicious intent is not behind every problem with a computer system.
As 'Beauregard T. Shagnasty' wrote, incorrectly installed sound drivers can
cause the symptoms you report.
As long as you provide no details, that's about that can be said.
Details like

sound card

version of drivers installed

results of diagnostic utilities ( system32\dxdiag.exe in your operating
system folder)

has sound EVER worked correctly

dxdiag says:

Ctrl panel unitmanager says:
PCI sound unit
This unit works correctly

I havn't reinstalled driver yet.

All multim. applications say the same

Driver seem to be okay
Codecs okay
Hardware okay

Applications say that hardware may be occupied... and that is what I
beliave, but I cant find anything odd in Hijackthis or other process
analyzis.
