remove data from dvd and auto backup to dvd

Trying to look for an application where I can schedule the software to
remove the contents of my DVD disk and then backup one of my folders
to the DVD disk.

Does this animal exists?

A batch file could do this!!

can you teach a newbie how to create a batch file to do it?

My DVD writer is an OEM and I am using DVD-RW disks. Thes oftware
that I use is NTI CD & DVD-Maker Gold
