Remove data control from form

Joe M.

I am designing a form that supplies data to a query. I don't want the data
record control that appears at the bottom of the form. It does not appear in
design mode. How do I remove it? I've done it before but can't remember how
it's done. Sorry for my poor memory.

Thanks,
Joe M.

Right click the vlack box in design view, format tab, record selectors to off.

that appears at the bottom of the form

In Design View, open the Properties window for the Form (click the
upperleftmost little square, right-click and choose "Properties"), and in
the Format tab of the Properties dialog, set Navigation Buttons to No.

There are other formatting properties in the same dialog.

Open the form in design view.
Display the form's property sheet.
On the Format tab, set the NavigationButtons property to No.
