Remove child domain

I've tried everything under the sun to remove the child
domain and nothing works, the child domain server/PC is
no longer around, so I can't just put it back. DCPROMO
was not ran, so I'm stuck with the it being a DSA server
and I can't delete it. Does anyone know how to resolve
this? My new DC was installed fresh so It does'nt hold
the Domain Naming rights either. Once I can delete the
child domain everything else will fit in place.

Are there any other tools that might assist in this
adventure? I've used NTDSUTIL and ADSI.
