Remove Blocking of File attachments with no extention.

Blocking of Attachments with no extention does not improve security in ANY
way. If a malicious user wants to put a dangerous file onto a users system
thru email. They will simply change the extention to an accepted extention.
Blocking files with flagged extentions isnt helping... You dont even have a
setting to turn this "feature" off.
Typically Mac files do not default to having any extention, so attachments
from those users NEVER work. And for those who dont know how to add an
extention or are computer illiterate this poses a problem for sending files.

Since a malicious user CAN change the extention to one Outlook will accept
what exactly is the point of even having a feature that blocks any
attachments?

It renders it harmless. I can write some mailicious code in a vbs-file but
when I change it to a txt-file it won't run anymore but displays the code in
Notepad.
