Remove AOL

Just nosing around in C:\WINDOWS and came across two applications, "aolback"
and "AolCInUn" obviously both related to AOL. I have read "aolback" is the
installation file for aol and it is rather large and that aolcinun is a
component of aol and is harmless according to
www.fbmsoftware.com/spyware-net/process/aolcinun_exe/1167/.
I DO NOT use aol.

Can I safely just delete these files? I have a thing about "wasted" space.

Winxp pro sp2
Thanks

If you have a prefab machine, and didn't build it yourself, you most
likely have a bunch of stupid installers and other BS that came on the
original image. My personal feeling is to ALWAYS delete when you see
any kind of an AOL folder (unless it is for AIM). So yes, delete it
and if you are concerned, don't empty your recycle bin for a while.
You can always restore if you find that something is 'messed up'.
