I had a problem with my system and so installed a second copy of W2K to
get at files on the hard drive. I have fixed the first copy and now
would like to remove the second copy so that at boot up it will not ask
which copy to load.

Delete the folder you named the second install. (Like WINNT2 or whatever)

That won't keep Windows from asking which copy to load. In order to get
rid of the boot menu, you have to edit boot.ini, or go to Control Panel >
System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery and uncheck the box labeled
"Display list of operating systems for ...."

Thanks I have done this and also deleted that folder and it is running
great.
