removal of unwanted files

Please, how to remove unwanted files on add & remove programs.Ones I want
don't have change/remove as part of file. I tried search, but nothing came
up. I have already deleated most of the rest of the files, but this one
persists. Thank you in advance.Ray

Which programs for example?
Ttry reinstalling one and see if an uninstall option appears in the Start
Menu folder, if not, see if it then appears under Add/Remove
