i have norton anti virus installed,aa trojan was flaged up however i can't repair the file it was attached to nor can i delete or quarantine the infection. what can i do to get rid of this thing?

Go to the Symantec web page (www.symantec.com) and search for the name of
the trojan under Security Response and find the removal instructions.
