Removal of Hyperlink in copied text

When hyperlinked texts are copied to Word 2000 documents, they are
copied as hyperlinked text in blue. In order to remove hyperlink, I have
to mouse-right-click/Hyperlink/Remove one by one. Is there a way so that
removal of hyperlink is made default for all future copied texts?

If the appearance is all you are concerned with, you can select all the text
and press Ctrl+Spacebar to remove the Hyperlink character style. This may
return on an update, however, so for a more permanent solution, you could
redefine the Hyperlink (and Followed Hyperlink) character style(s) to be
Default Paragraph Font (without the blue/purple and underlining). If you
need to actually unlink the hyperlinks, you can select all the text
containing hyperlinks and use Ctrl+Shift+F9 (just be aware that this will
unlink *all* fields in the selected text).

Thanks a lot for your advice.
However, if I decide to "redefine the Hyperlink (and Followed Hyperlink)
character style(s) to be Default Paragraph Font (without the blue/purple
and underlining)", how can I do it? I looked for available commands that
might enable me to do it, but failed to find any. Please be kind again
and teach me. (I don't need hyperlink function at all in this particular
document.)

How this is accomplished (modifying a style) depends on your version of
Word. For Word 2002 and 2003, see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html. For earlier
versions, just go to Format | Style and proceed from there. For Word 2007,
it becomes a bit more complex.

But if you don't need the hyperlinks to be functional, it's probably better
to unlink them (Ctrl+Shift+F9).
