It depends on how you want to uninstall (and how the program was
originally installed).
You can uninstall programs by logging in interactively with Remote
Desktop/VNC/etc, by command line with the Telnet Service/SSH, by Group
Policy for application published or assigned in Active Directory, or
by SMS and other scripting tools...
