Remote shutdown

When I use the command tsshutdn to shutdown a node on my cluster the message i
"C:\tsshutdn 5 /SERVERc01-cluste
Notifying Users, Type ^C to Cancel Shutdown
System shutdown in progress ...System shutdown failed, Error code=1314
Error [1314]:A required privilege is not held by the client.

How can I solve this?

I did a google on this and found this old thread:

Unfortunately, it doesn't contain very much real information--at the end is
a reference to a freeware substitute app that might be useful, though.
