Remote prodedure call

Hi, can anyone help with the Remote Procedure Call. I
have disabled it when trying to resolve a problem and
cannot now enable it.

If you can edit the registry. Change the following under
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RpcLocator
Start = 3
Type = 10
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\RpcSs
Start = 2
Type = 32
Reboot
