"Remote Procedure Call (RPC) unexpected terminated and required window restart

I have a question and want you guys can give me an
advices...
Here is the question:
During I am on-line...I got an message that said
"Remote Procedure Call (RPC) unexpected terminated and
required window restart"
that happens several time since I am using WINDOW XP
PROFESSIONAL ver.
Let me know the cause and how to prevent it will not
happend again. Thanks a lot !
