Remote procedure call keeps shutting me down!

I keep getting the message: Windows must now restart
because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly. Please help I don't have time for this, and
I have no clue about how to fix it!

If you don't have time for this you should have taken the time to install
an anti-virus program, and you shouold have kept your windows updated with
critical updtates. It appears as though you may have the Blaster virus.

I had this too...turn off the firewall in the advanced
options for your internet connection....and this should
solve it.

had a same problem with much delight I was able to solve
the mystery problem. Go into windows update and it will
delete the problem. If you still have problems go into
microsoft support and they will help you like it did me.
