Hi,
I have a user that gets online to my domain from home via the microsoft VPN
client then she uses RDP to get onto her office desktop computer.
While she is connected in this method she will initiate print jobs, which Of
course will be priinted to her defualt printer iin the office....so she
prints away..but comes in the morning and there are no docuemtns on the
printers output tray.....

She says she doesnt see a printer icon in the systen tray indicating there
was any problem pritning or a jam up of some sort.................... she
just prints and comes in and there are no documents .

I dont enver know where to look for any supportive info as to what goes
wrong there is no "session log" I know of ...any ideas ???

By design, the default printer should be redirected to the RDC client. If she wants to print to the office, she needs to select the office printer.

The printer that she "thinks " she is printing to is her Hp Laser in her
office it is on the network via the jetdirect port , and it is online to her
desktop computer ( this is the computer she is RDP's into ) via a
parallel cable
