Remote Network Axess - HELP!

I have a win2k/client network at work with DSL. I want to
be able to connect from home on a WinXP machine and use
the programs on the network at work from home. I have no
idea where to start ...please help? What books are
available on this?

If you have an Internet connection at home you probably want to use a VPN.
You should make sure your company's IT security allows this.
