Remote Desktop

I have a desktop with XPpro and a laptop running Visa Business. Both are
using Norton Internet Security. I would like to be able to access the
desktop from my laptop via the internet, however I can seem to get them to
communicate. What am I doing wrong?

Well - what are you doing to try and connect them so we can take apart what
you might be missing?
