remote desktop

I would like to access my vista desktop using my windows mobile 5.0 pocket pc
terminal services client. Anyone know how? I have enabled remote desktop
on the vista machine and when I launch the terminal services client on my
pocket pc it requires me to enter a server name and I don't know what to put.
I'm just a guy with a computer, not running a server.

Use the local LAN IP address of the PC. Make sure any firewall software
running on the PC is configured to allow Remote Desktop access, ie. TCP Port
3389 is open...
