You can't RDP into Windows 2000 Professional if that's what you're asking.

And yes, you can come in through the Internet, or intranet and if the check
mark is checked under computer-properties/remote, a user that have
permissions, can connect to the computer and work as if they are sittign
directly in front of teh computer.
