Why can't I get remote desktop to work? I keep getting the
error message "Remote Desktop disconnected. The client
could not connect to the remote computer. Remote
connections might not be enabled or the computer might be
too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible
that network prolems are preventing your connection. Please
try connecting again later. If the problem coninues to
occur, contact your administrator.

What is in between the client and the box you are trying to connect to? Can
you telnet from the client to the host using TCP port 3389?
