remote desktop using 2000 as host and xp as client

I would like to use remote desctop as follows: Use XP
machine to access several w2000 machines. I want to
control the w2000 machines from the xp machine. How is
this done?
 
Windows 2000 Professional Edition does not include this ability, if that's
what you mean by "w2000". If so, you need a remote access program like
RealVNC from http://www.realvnc.com/ to access client-to-client in this
manner.
