Remote Desktop - Start From The Beginning

Hello...

I've been trying to setup this remote desktop using microsoft XP
Professional for almost a month but still with no success.

Can anyone help me setting up my remote desktop right from the beginning?

This really getting me headache.

I don't want to use other softwares since i can use microsoft.

Here's the senario: -

Home PC - use wireless router.
Office PC - directly from LAN modem.
