Remote desktop password

I am trying to setup remote desktop. When I click on the remote desktop
connection I get a log on to windows screen with username and password.
I do not have any idea what it is asking for please help, Larry

It's the username and password for your WinXP login. If you don't have a
login password you will need to create one (User Accounts) for Remote
Desktop to work.
