How do you use remote desktop to take control of a remote
users session on their computer without dissconnecting
their session, so that they can watch what is happening?

Or,
How can you use Remote Desktop like the older versions of
Terminal Services so that a user can be logged into a
computer and the T-Service user logs into the background?

You will need to have windows 2000 server or windows 2003 XP
and other OS won't allow you to do that, or you can use a 3rd party
