Remote Desktop - dual monitor issue

Guest

I am running Citrix to login to work and have installed Remote Desktop
Connection (Terminal Services Client 6.0) for Windows XP (KB925876) to allow
Remote Desktop to display across both monitors.

I have a laptop with a 14 inch monitor and a 19 inch Sceptre monitor that
connects to the laptop. The resolution on the laptop is 1024x768 and the
19inch has 1280x1024. The issue that I am having is that when I start up
Citrix, the RDP client starts up and attempts to span both monitors but only
spans 3/4th of each monitor and not the full width of both monitors. When I
first installed the terminal services client, it spanned both monitors.
Every so often, upon startup, it would span 3/4ths of each monitor and I
could disconnect from citrix and restart the RDP and it would work. Now, it
won't ever span the entire both screens no matter how many times I close
down the citrix connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Jay,

Are you using the RDP client or the Citrix client to remotely access your
work computers? You may need to check with Citrix support.
