remote desktop connection

I am using Remote Desktop connection to my Windows XP machine. How can I
restart that machine remotely. Only I can see disconnect. Can't I restart
the machine remotely. If yes how

Press Ctrl+End+Delete to see the usual logoff/shutdown/restart options.
