Remote desktop connection on Mac

I'd like to remote control a session on my Windows 2000
Server from a Mac with Microsoft Remote Desktop
Connection. However, I can't seem to find the settings to
control THE session running on the server. The client
always brings up a NEW session even when using the same
logon name and password as the session currently running
on the server. I want to JUST remotely control the server
from the Mac...what am I missing.

This is only possible when connecting to Server 2003 (or XP Pro) and is done by using the /console switch on the remote desktop client, i.e.

Start -> Run -> mstsc /console (not sure if there is a Mac equivalent
