"Remote Desktop Connection" not present

OS: XP Media Center, SP3

I want to utilize Remote Desktop Connection, but when I go to
Programs/Accessories/Communications the command is not present. I ran the
download to load the program, but it comes back during installation informing
me it is present...

Sounds like a Registry issue...

WHat so I need to do to add RD to my Programs/Accessories/Communications tab?

The executable is found at:
\Windows\System32\mstsc.exe
If you locate the module, you can Right Click, Send To (Desktop) and
then create shortcut. From there you can move the icon to any program
folder you prefer.
