Remote connections

Hello,
I'm not exactly sure where to post this question, but
I hope someone can help me. I am actually looking for two
things. The first is the server part of the windows XP
remote desktop feature. I found teh client part on teh
windows website. Does anyone know if there is a server
part for win2000. I am looking to at times control my
desktop remotely from a window's XP professional
computer. The other question I ahve is does anyone know
of any software for win2000 that will let someone connect
to my computer, and run like a virtual desktop. What I
would like is to have the program create a "new copy" of
the desktop in memory to send the person remotely so that
they can work and use the desktop while I am. Almost like
having two people logged onto the computer at the same
tiem. if anyone can help please let me know.
