Remote Call Procedure (RPC)

Can anybody tell me how I can fix this problem. I keep
getting the same message of Remote Call Procedure and it
keep shutting my csystem down. Is there a patch of
somesort I can use

First, stop the bug from running by hitting CTRL-ALT-DELETE and
