remote asst - leads to ms web page.

I received a remote assistance request as planned. The email had this link:

http://windows.microsoft.com/RemoteAssistance/RA.asp

this leads to a ms webpage that says:

Something didn’t work as planned
We’re not quite sure what happened....

I used to use RA no problems. It's been a while since i had to resort to
this for anyone. We both have all updates.

Any ideas on what is wrong. I am guessing the issue is emanating from the
requesting pc; how can i reinstall/repait that pc's Remote request actions?

thanks.

Some non-MS email programs add a file extension name to the RA file name.
Outlook, Windows Mail and OE do not as far as I know. I would check for
that...
