remote assistance

I have received a remote assistance request, however, my Windows XP Pro does
not recognize the file extension, and it wants to search for how to handle
it. In the file extension associations, MsRcIncident is associated with help
and support, as it should be.

Any suggestions? TIA.

How did you install the XP? just like to know why it's not associate...

You can manually associate the file extension,

Open Control Panel , double click on Folder Options, and click on "File
Types"
