Hi: I installed MSN 6.0 on my XP Pro computer and on my
Mom's XP Home computer. I also diabled Windows messenger
because of the popups on both. I haven't been able to try
remote assistance yet(I want to be able to help her) but
I am womdering if we will be able to make this work if I
use the email technique of sending the request for
assistance? Or do we need to reinstall Windows Messenger
to make it work? I don't think she will be able to handle
all the confusion with doing this so I want to know ahaed
of time what to expect so I can guide her. Also, she has
AOL if that makes a differnce. I know it is a lot to ask
to help me figure out this convoluted process (at least
to me) but I sure do appreciate the help. Thank you so
very much.Ed
