Remote Assistance w/o user request or simplified request

Hello,

I am a tech in a service department for a company. We have used Remote
Assistance successfully to assist our customers to fix problems from our
desks. We've found it somewhat problamatic trying to navigate our customers
through the request assistance dialog so we can see what they see or take
control so we can do something much faster than it would take for them to do
by instruction.

Is there a way to initiate Remote Assistance w/o the customer having to
request or invite you?

If that is not possible, is there a way to set up a quick-request executable
(batch file or otherwise) that will create a request as a file with default
parameters including where the file will reside?

Or, lastly, is there a way to have the remote assistance dialog simply
contain default values for everything so our customers can simply click
"Next"?

Thanks you,

Josh Biegel
