remote assistance states MSN not Installed

I have installed MSN Messenger, and have worked with my son (Have even sent a file) but when I ask to invite a friend to use remote assistance (Selecting "Start" "Help" one of the choices is to run remote assistance, and then invite friend) all that happens is it states I dont have MSN Messenger installe

I have installed 3 time and still get the same message. Running XP Pr

WE tried to ask for remote assistance in MSN but did not wor

I have a switcher/router and THINK I have opened port 338

Actually it states that Windows Messenger isn't installed, which you must've removed. In
order to use Remote Assistance, you must have Windows Messenger installed also. You can
reinstall Windows Messenger from here:
