Remote Assistance Error

On several computers on our AD network, upon initiating a remote assistance,
I see an error"

"A program could not start. Please try again" [sic]

Can anyone offer a solution? Remote assistance is enabled and I can do an
RDP session to these computers.

Thank, Will

Since last week, after I applied Microsoft's security patches, I haven't been
able to offer remote assistance. I get "Permission denied". My users are
set up to accept remote assistance from me, but I can't send out.

Deb, that sounds like a different issue. Perhaps the Windows Firewall is
still blocking? We haven't seen that error, but we have a Group Policy that
disables the Windows Firewall for most users.

I'm going to examine the services that are disabled on my machines, I'll
post again tomorrow.

I am now seeing this on every machine in our AD network that I attempt.

Anyone have any ideas?
