remote assistance being blocked

What do I need to allow for remote assistance so it isn't blocked. I have
W2k AD network with many XP sp2 clients. I have set in group policy enable
offer remote assistance. On the desktops I have enabled, allow users to
connect remotely. It is still being blocked by the firewall, how do I allow
this.

Have you opened Port 3389 in the firewall?
