Remote access

Hi gurus.

I would like to know how to go on the following.
I do have a windows 2000 server network, I have 2000 pro and xp pro clients
on my network I can remote access clients from my xp laptop and do some kind
of work on remote computers running xp, I would like to do the same thing
with clients running 2000 pro. remote access their comp and do some work. Any
light

I am new at this so easy on me.

Google for VNC, there are several flavors. I am using TightVNC but UltraVNC
looks a little more robust.
