Remote Access Connection Manager

Small W2K workgroup. I have noticed in event viewer Event ID 7001 Source:
Service Control Manager,Remote Access Connection Manager depends on
Telephony Service. I do not have Telephony Service enabled as I do not use
Net Meeting etc. What could be trying to start remote connections.

Check whether "Remote Access Connection Manager" is configured to start
automatically. You can check this configutation by going to Services
console (services.msc)
