remote ( 2nd post , no answer....help me GOD )

i had managed to get SUS works on every client and update
the patches to me automatically. my Q is : is it possible,
if i DO NOT have to install/setup a simple setting on
every client like what i did in SUS. what i wanna do is,
im gonna plant another SUS kinda methods on my server and
without having to do any setting on every client.i wanna
do it remotely,automatically using my server.is that
possible ?
