Reminders keep Popping Up after Dismissing

MS Outlook SP 3 9.00.6627. Appointment Reminders keep popping up when
re-opening Outlook even though user clicks "Dismiss" - anyone seen this
issue? Thanks!

Use the /cleanreminders switch. Search this news group for the answer
posted many times weekly.
