Reminders hidden behind other windows

Can I get my Reminders to always be on top of my other windows. I have 2003
Outlook (Exchange Server). I'm mostly concerned about calandar reminders. I
have missed appointments only to find the reminder sitting on my desktop
buried underneath several open windows from non-Outlook applications (e.g. MS
SQL Management Studio).

I don't think so. If the reminder window is open and under another window,
another reminder firing doesn't make it pop to the top. That's why you have
the option to flash the taskbar handle as well.
