Reminders displaying in Inbox only

Is it possible to have a reminder display while the email is in another
folder besides the Inbox? For example, if I put a reminder to myself on an
email I send to someone, I have to move that sent email to my Inbox to get
the reminder to pop up. Is there a way to have it pop-up while in the Sent
items folder without my having to move the sent email? Thanks

Not without third-party software that's not free.
