Reminder window does not pop up

Until a few days ago my reminder window in calendar used to pop up. Even
though I have checked: options-other-advancd-reminder options, it still does
not work.
Does anyone have any suggestions/solutions?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Try running outlook.exe /cleanreminders from the run
command. If that does not work try running
outlook.exe /resetfolders from the run command. You need
to have outlook closed before you do this.
