Reminder Popups in Outlook2000

One of my associates is having an issue where reminders
appear to popup randomly, sometimes popup days after they
were due. Other times just hours after they were due.
 
Tell him to try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If
either of you needs help using Outlook command line switches, look here:
