reminder message

I keep getting a reminder message saying THIS PAGE CANNOT
BE FOUND, even when I am not surfing the net. It pops up
anytime including on my desktop when first log on

Disable the program (causing the error) from startup. Click Start | run |
MSConfig | Startup tab

(This issue is seen in Compaq systems)
