Remind to include attachment in e-mails that mention "attach."

My co-worker's suggestion is to include a feature in Outlook where a user
will be flagged that they haven't included an attachment if the body of the
e-mail includes the word 'attach' or 'attachment' (or some variation
thereof). This would virtually eliminate e-mails that say, "Oops! Forgot to
include the attachment."

I had this problem until I found an add-in for Outlook called Bells &
Whistles. I have fond this program very usefully not only because it
alerts me about missing attachments when the body of the email includes
the word "attach" or blank email subjects but for other options too
that increase a lot the productivity of Outlook.
