My co-worker's suggestion is to include a feature in Outlook where a user
will be flagged that they haven't included an attachment if the body of the
e-mail includes the word 'attach' or 'attachment' (or some variation
thereof). This would virtually eliminate e-mails that say, "Oops! Forgot to
include the attachment."
